Job summary

Caesarstone US in the Greater Detroit area is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with fabricators, architects, designers, and retailers in the premium countertop market. You will own account plans, manage existing partnerships, and develop new business opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Travel up to 75% locally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid current state driver's license.
• 3+ years proven sales, business development, or account management experience in a similar role.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for rapport with customers and teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between company and stakeholders (fabricators, architects, designers, retailers, builders, contractors, suppliers) in your territory.
• Drive revenue growth and foster strong customer relationships with a personal drive for success.
• Develop customer account plans, manage existing accounts, and identify new business prospects.
• Use CRM to track, maintain, and analyze customer requirements; provide status and call reports.
• Network to grow market share through visits and product knowledge sessions.
• Prospect and pursue new sales opportunities in the premium countertop market.
