Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and generate new business.
• Experience managing a sales or business-development pipeline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across service territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to generate opportunities and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new commercial customers in existing markets.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, contractors, municipalities.
• Reactivate former customers and expand existing relationships.
