Job summary

Ōnin Staffing, part of The Ōnin Group, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to generate new business, build client partnerships, and drive revenue in a fast-paced staffing environment. You’ll canvass new accounts, conduct meetings, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver staffing solutions across manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across a variety of industries and company sizes.
• Conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet weekly activity goals.

• Create and maintain strong client partnerships that support long-term success.
• Collaborate daily with branch leaders on sales strategy and performance.
• Represent Ōnin in the community through networking and outreach efforts.
