Ōnin Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our market presence and develop new client partnerships in a fast-paced, relationship-driven role. You will drive revenue and collaborate closely with branch teams to deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs.

You’ll be the face of Ōnin to potential clients, creating opportunities and solving workforce challenges in your community, with a culture that values innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across a variety of industries and company sizes.
• Conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet weekly activity goals.
• Build and manage a diverse, strategic prospect list.
• Create and maintain strong client partnerships that support long-term success.
• Collaborate daily with branch leaders on sales strategy and performance.
• Represent Ōnin in the community through networking and outreach efforts.
