Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in North America.

You will acquire new customers, expand strategic accounts, and commercialize innovative photonic platforms across food & beverage, aerospace, and automotive markets. The role requires selling complex industrial solutions to large organizations, building partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to win design opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, food & beverage, or related markets.
Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and convert opportunities into revenue.
Experience selling capital equipment, industrial technologies, advanced manufacturing systems, or engineered solutions.
Strong hunter mentality focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver ambitious sales, bookings, and revenue targets, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers and expanding market share.
Develop and execute territory growth strategies across food & beverage, aerospace, and automotive markets.
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities that lead to design wins, production adoption, and long‑term recurring revenue.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and lead the entire sales cycle from prospect identification through closure.
