The role targets disinfection for food & beverage and composite manufacturing in aerospace and automotive. You will own territory plans, build a robust sales pipeline, close design wins, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of business development or technical sales in industrial sectors.
• Experience selling capital equipment and engineered solutions.
• Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and manage distributors.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver ambitious sales, bookings, and revenue targets with a focus on acquiring new customers.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies across food & beverage, aerospace, and automotive markets.
• Identify opportunities leading to design wins, production adoption, and long-term revenue.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and lead the complete sales cycle from prospect to close.
