Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Business Development Director who can identify opportunities and build relationships with Fortune 1000-level clients in major markets. This role is an individual contributor focused on the Dallas-Fort Worth market, with a track record of multi-million-dollar revenue growth.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and a team of experts to translate strategic imperatives into actionable solutions, with compensation driven by commissions and performance

Qualifications

• Must be currently located in one of the areas listed above.
• Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions, or professional business services.
• Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts.
• Experience with a broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• Career stability with a maximum of three employers in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Four year college degree is preferred.
• Consistency with previous employers, ideally no more than 3 companies over the past 10 years.
