Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred.
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Positive and outgoing personality, great at building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships.
• Formulate and manage effective service strategies and schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and enter into agreements with clients.
• Supervise and direct Night Managers and ensure service performance.
• Perform client inspections using City Wide's CRM.
