InStride is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead events as a strategic B2B marketing and growth channel. This role will own the strategy and execution of InStride’s event portfolio while partnering with Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on event execution with a broad B2B marketing mindset, linking events to integrated campaigns, ABM, content, digital channels, and Sales activation to maximize impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success owning events end-to-end.
• Ability to connect events to integrated campaigns and digital channels.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Design, and RevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end event strategy and execution.
• Plan and manage event budgets, sponsorships, and vendors.
• Build Sales activation plans and target account engagement.
• Define event KPIs and measure ROI to inform future investments.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
