Job summary

InStride is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead our events as a strategic B2B marketing and growth channel. This role will own the strategy and execution of InStride’s event portfolio while partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure events support our go-to-market priorities, engage target accounts and audiences, and contribute to pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional event execution with a broader B2B marketing mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience owning events or related programs.
• Experience connecting events to integrated campaigns, ABM, content, digital channels and Sales activation.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and ABM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer, prospect, executive, and third-party events that align with go-to-market priorities.
• Own end-to-end event execution including sponsorships, logistics, staffing, budgets and on-site presence.
• Develop Sales activation strategies for priority events with Sales/BDR teams.
• Use performance insights to inform future event investments and optimize ROI.
• Maintain InStride’s strategic events calendar and portfolio view.
