Not a call center; ideal for those with B2B account experience. Responsibilities include managing account relationships, tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or account coordination.
• Experience supporting B2B customers.
• Strong order processing experience.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional phone presence and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned business accounts
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Communicate pricing, product availability, and order updates
• Maintain customer records within CRM and ERP systems
• Process account updates, changes, and customer requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Handle returns and customer issues through resolution
• Prepare professional email correspondence and documentation
• Monitor customer forecasts and follow up on account activity
• Support the sales team with account management and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account history
