Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business accounts and monitor aged receivables.
• Coordinate collection activities via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, disputes, and unapplied cash.
• Collaborate with billing, accounting, and operations to address invoice and audit issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and activity.
• Escalate delinquent accounts and potential collection risks.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries promptly.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and special projects.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
