Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA, seeks a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager, Aviation, to own the interface from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing management, and long-term retention of a strategic Aerospace/enterprise aviation portfolio.

You will build executive relationships, drive revenue realization quickly, and champion customer feedback to influence product and service improvements while ensuring exceptional service and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in enterprise aviation or aerospace sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signing onwards.
• Own onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of revenue.
• Build executive stakeholder relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence development and delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with timely issue resolution.
• Retain and grow hardware and service revenue across accounts.
• Lead implementation of process and system enhancements across cross-functional teams.
