Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an ISO Parts Pro to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards. The role collaborates with leadership to optimize coverage and supplier networks, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English with a focus on accuracy, reads and interprets technical documents, and has solid Office skills to support daily tasks and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L, safety rules, manuals; write simple correspondence.
• Basic math across units; decimals and fractions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Achieve productivity and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers for strategic customers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
• Maintain core bank and strategic returns.
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs.
