Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an ISO Parts Pro to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, coordinate driver dispatch to meet delivery standards, and develop a network of second source suppliers for strategic accounts. Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability (ignition, engine, suspension, brakes, electronics, exhaust).
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; write simple correspondence.
• Understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units; whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends.

• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
