Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an ISO Parts Pro to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, dispatch drivers, and help achieve delivery and service objectives in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

The role requires strong English, solid communication, basic math and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work days, evenings or weekends; candidates should understand automotive systems and read manuals, catalogs, and safety instructions.

Competenze

• Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics; ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; write simple correspondence.

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.

• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
