Qualifications

• Must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics (ignition, engine, suspension, brakes, electronics, exhaust).
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Achieve productivity and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers as needed for strategic customer.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
• Maintain core bank and strategic returns.
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs.
