• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L, safety rules, instruction manuals
• Use basic math in all units of measure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships

• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers for strategic customers
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
• Maintain core bank and strategic returns
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs
