Advance Auto Parts is hiring an ISO Parts Pro to strengthen customer relationships, drive productivity, and ensure timely deliveries. The role supports store operations through cross-functional collaboration and supplier networking.

The position requires solid automotive knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret various business documents. Proficiency with MS Office is expected, with flexibility for varied shifts including weekends.

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret reports such as P&L, safety rules, manuals.
• Strong written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and peers.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and diagnostic processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Achieve productivity and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers as needed for strategic customer.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
• Maintain core bank and strategic returns.
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs.
