Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Five years of experience in auditing.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Experience serving middle-market clients and leading audit engagements.

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services.
• Lead and supervise fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
