Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA required.
• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of financial statement auditing in a professional services firm.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Technology or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges and deliver value.
• Lead and supervise fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Mentor staff and develop their technical and professional skills.
• Drive growth by generating new opportunities and collaborating across service lines.
