Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate, New Sites to help cultivate and project manage higher education partnerships across Atlanta, Chicago, NYC, or Newark. This hybrid role reports to the Head of New Site Development, with a 3-day per week in-office expectation in select hubs.

You will manage launches, analyze partnerships, and contribute to system enhancements while coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet ambitious regional goals for Fellows over the next decade.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree required.
• 1-3 years of full‑time experience in project management or sales.
• 1-3 years of data analysis and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Project manage a portfolio of new site launches across regions; create and maintain launch templates and track tasks and deliverables.
• Lead planning meetings with partner schools and internal teams; prepare agendas and communications; coordinate schedules and launch tasks.
• Engage in look ahead/look back meetings to ensure preparation and follow-up.
• Review LOIs and MOUs with General Counsel and Head of New Site Development to ensure clear terms and responsibilities.
• Support site-related events by coordinating speakers and invitation lists; update Salesforce CRM.
