Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support AWS's sales, business development, and partner networks with strategic legal insights and robust agreement drafting. The role focuses on enterprise and technology contracts, policy and compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across product, policy, security, and operations teams.

You will counsel business leaders, manage multiple projects, and help drive AWS's innovation in cloud services and AI technologies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience working cross functionally across several teams.

Responsibilities

• Support AWS's specialist sales, business development, and partner network teams with strategic legal insights on various sales and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and support sales programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
• Negotiate and draft complex enterprise and technology agreements across diverse business contexts.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on policy, regulatory, and compliance matters related to cloud computing and technology services.
