Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in retail or supervisory role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; develop product knowledge and skills.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues, maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
