Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to oversee multiple hotel outlets and room service in Dallas. You will lead hands‑on teams, maintain exceptional service standards, and partner with culinary and operations to drive memorable guest experiences and strong financial results.

The role requires 5+ years in upscale hotel F&B, experience with events and banquets, and proficiency with MICROS and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Food and Beverage management experience in an upscale hotel with 500+ rooms.
• Experience with multiple outlets in a hotel/resort.
• Experience with restaurants, private events, and banquets.
• Strong knowledge of wine and proficiency with MICROS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience reviewing outlet P&Ls, managing inventories, and maintaining financial controls.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop outlet leaders and service teams.
• Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
