Topbrassdallas seeks an Area Food and Beverage Director to lead operations across multiple hotel properties in the United States. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest dining experiences while driving profitability and service excellence.

You will guide restaurant, banquets, and culinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering strategic initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership role in resort/hotel/destination properties

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations across two+ properties to ensure consistency and high standards
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage F&B management teams including restaurant and banquet managers and culinary staff
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting and cost control to meet revenue and profit targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions and events
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness
• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to improve service quality and offerings
• Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and professional development
