Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate beverage strategy across our portfolio from a home office in Dallas, TX. The role partners with property leadership to drive profitability, guest experience, and brand standards across restaurants, bars, lounges, catering, and in-room dining.

The position requires significant luxury hospitality F&B leadership, with ownership of core beverage programs, cost controls, and ongoing portfolio improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven track record in beverage program development and cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational leadership for F&B across Makeready properties.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, service culture, and operational procedures.
• Lead beverage strategy, vendor partnerships, and inventory management across the portfolio.
• Support openings, renovations, and transitions with beverage execution and training.
