Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Services Architect, Asset Solutions to guide customers through implementing Accruent’s Asset Solutions software. You will translate business needs into technical and process-oriented solutions, partnering with Sales and Delivery teams to design effective implementation plans and scalable service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years working with customers in project/program management or professional services.
• Strong operational and project management skills with excellent communication/presentation.
• Experience implementing large-scale software solutions through all lifecycle phases.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into business solutions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage workflows to meet deadlines.
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration to drive results.
• Passion for accelerating deals and optimizing the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Listen actively to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Build cross-department relationships to stay current on solutions and capabilities.
• Write clear proposals and statements of work outlining goals and effort.
• Partner with Commercial Sales to speed up the sale while ensuring delivery integrity.
• Collaborate with Services Delivery to design and refine offerings for customer success.
• Travel to customer sites and events up to 25% as needed.
• Identify opportunities for PS and software product enhancements based on feedback.
