Job summary

Accruent seeks a Services Architect, Asset Solutions to guide customers through implementing Asset Solutions software, translating business needs into concrete implementation designs. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Delivery to craft proposals and SLAs, with heavy emphasis on client success and scalable solutions.

You will travel up to 25% of the time to visit customers, present methodologies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while driving growth and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in implementing software technology.
• Minimum 4 years working with customers in project management, program management, or professional services capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of one Asset Solutions product line and ability to learn a second.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business requirements into solutions and proposals.
• Write clear Statements of Work and proposals.
• Travel to visit customers and partners up to 25% of the time.
• Partner with Commercial Sales to expedite the sale while maintaining delivery integrity.
• Collaborate with Delivery leaders to design and refine implementation offerings for success using Asset Solutions software.
• Present Services philosophy, methodology, and best practices to new customers during pre-sales.
