Job summary

Fortive's Accruent division seeks a Services Architect, Asset Solutions to implement and deliver software solutions for customers. You will translate needs into implementation designs, build cross-functional relationships, and ensure the right solutions are chosen for each client.

Responsibilities include leading proposals, partnering with sales, and refining offerings, with travel up to 25%. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in PM/PS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years working with customers in project management, program management, or professional services.
• Strong operational management, project management and communication/presentation skills.
• Experience with implementing large scale software solutions including all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills to lead collaboration across functions.
• A passion for winning deals and expediting the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Listen to identify business needs and translate them into solutions.
• Present Services philosophy, methodology and best practices to new customers.
• Partner with Commercial Sales to expedite the sale while maintaining delivery integrity.
• Travel to visit customers and partners up to 25% of the time.
• Manage, interpret, and document customer requirements as Statements of Work and proposals.
