Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the Business Unit.

You will manage fleet performance, margin analysis, profitability, and vehicle performance, coordinating asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, and RVS. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will lead asset reviews, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deploy strategic initiatives to maximize asset value and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics is required.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet performance and asset deployment across geographic area.
• Provide direction and prioritize cross-functional asset optimization across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS.
• Lead weekly asset calls and asset reviews; manage asset calls/BU asset reviews and special projects.
• Coordinate asset redeployment and performance tracking for under-performing units across product lines.
• Foster collaboration with Sales, Rental, Operations, SCS, RVS and other departments to maximize asset value.
