Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the Business Unit, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability assessment. The role coordinates asset processes with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

Travel between 20-30% to support multiple locations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in Rental/Operations/Sales or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis within assigned geographic area.
• Lead asset reviews and coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS.
• Provide direction to maximize asset value across the BU.
