Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the life-cycle performance of assets across the Business Unit. You will manage fleet performance, profitability, and vehicle analytics while coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance, and finance functions.

This role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong cross-functional leadership. The position involves leading asset reviews, optimizing NYE/term-out assets, and driving strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five+ years experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related fields.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis within assigned geographical area.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Administration to maximize asset value.
• Lead asset reviews and special projects across BU.
• Manage and monitor asset calls, weekly asset meetings, and redeployment of assets.
• Provide training and mentorship to Rental organization and other stakeholders.
