Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance across 188,000+ vehicles and $6.8B in assets. You will coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Finance to optimize fleet profitability, asset deployment, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Five years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee fleet management and asset performance within the assigned geographic area.
Provide direction and coordinate across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS to maximize asset value.
Lead asset review calls and manage weekly/monthly performance reporting.
Support NYE, redeployment, and term-out units across product lines.
Drive continuous improvement in asset lifecycle and depreciation controls.
