Larson Capital Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management to lead the strategic oversight of our investment portfolios. The role drives performance and growth of assets, shaping sustainable development and value creation.

You will manage a team of asset managers, establish policies, monitor risk, and report to senior leadership. Collaboration with finance, operations, and legal teams, plus investor communications and regulatory compliance, will be central to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in asset management with 5+ in leadership.
• Proven track record with diversified asset portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for asset management to optimize portfolio value.
• Oversee and lead a team of asset managers, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Establish and enforce asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities for asset acquisition, improvement, or disposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align asset management strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of assets, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance contractors.
• Develop and manage the asset management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and mitigate potential losses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.
• Engage with investors and stakeholders to communicate asset management strategies and outcomes.
• Ensure the integration of sustainability practices into asset management activities to enhance long-term value.
