Larson Capital Management is seeking an Asset Manager to support commercial real estate investment holdings. The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and combines CRE acumen, analytics, negotiation, and relationship-building to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities include financial modeling alignment with underwriting, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring timely lender reporting. Strong experience in office real estate required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial real estate financial analysis, underwriting, leasing and/or operation management, primarily with office real estate products.
• Working knowledge of acquisition and disposition cycles; proficient in Argus.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking to identify issues early.
• Disciplined negotiation skills and experience managing third-party providers.
• Team player capable of carrying a load beyond the exact role.
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial return thresholds for funds/investments via strategic revenue, expenses and capex.
• Create revenue guidance with the Director of Asset Management, assess capital needs and tenant creditworthiness.
• Lead onboarding of developments/acquisitions to asset management platform; manage liquidations at maturity.
• Update/validate financial models per underwriting parameters for performance/forecasting.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Accounting to execute the business plan.
• Approve investor/lender reporting packages; ensure accuracy within deadlines.
