Larson Capital Management is seeking an Asset Manager to drive financial performance across our commercial real estate portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong CRE analytics, negotiation, and relationship-building with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include directing revenue/expense strategies, onboarding developments, maintaining robust financial models, and coordinating with property management and accounting teams to execute

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial real estate financial analysis, underwriting, leasing or operations.
• Proficient in Argus and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure financial return thresholds for funds/investments through revenue, expenses and capex strategies.
• Lead onboarding of developments/acquisitions to asset management platform and manage liquidations.
• Maintain financial modeling consistent with underwriting parameters for performance and sensitivity analysis.
• Collaborate with property management and accounting teams to support business plans.
• Approve reporting packages for investors and lending partners; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain lender draw documentation and prepare data packets for approvals.
• Lead debt placement at maturity or as needed to improve financial strength of funds/assets.
• Contribute to overall health of the organization and perform other duties as assigned.
