Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of multifamily asset management or related fields.
- Experience managing multifamily assets and third-party management.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and real estate investment principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset-level business plans to optimize value and returns.
- Monitor portfolio performance against budgets and objectives.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitive assets for strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and ownership for reporting and controls.
- Lead capital projects, ROI tracking, and value-add initiatives.
- Prepare investor and ownership reporting and support due diligence.
