Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily asset management experience.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling abilities.
• Experience managing third-party property managers.
• Knowledge of NOI, cap rates, cash flow, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset-level business plans to optimize property value.
• Monitor portfolio performance against budgets and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Evaluate market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with lenders and owners for reporting and financing activities.
• Oversee property managers and operations across multiple assets.
• Lead capital projects and ROI-focused renovations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual asset performance reports.
