Larson Capital Management seeks an Asset Manager to drive financial performance across real estate investments. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will apply CRE acumen, rigorous analysis, and negotiation to optimize fund returns in a multi-property portfolio.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, collaboration with operations teams, and ensuring timely investor reporting. A strong background in office assets and Argus proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial real estate financial analysis, underwriting, leasing and/or operation management primarily with office real estate products.
• Working knowledge of the acquisition and disposition cycle and is proficient in Argus.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to quickly identify issues before becoming problems.
• Disciplined negotiation skills and experience managing third-party service providers to achieve outstanding results.
• Ability to work on a team and carry a load outside of the specific role when necessary.
• Skilled in MS Office products; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Each candidate must pass a background screening prior to employment beginning.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the achievement of financial return thresholds for each fund and/or real estate investment through strategic direction of revenue, expenses and capex.
• Create revenue guidance with the Director of Asset Management and validate creditworthiness of tenants.
• Lead onboarding of developments and acquisitions to the asset management platform and manage liquidations at strategy maturity.
• Update and validate financial modeling consistent with underwriting parameters for performance forecasting.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Accounting to support the business plan.
• Approve financial reporting packages for investors and lending partners within required timeframes.
• Maintain lender draw documentation and compile data packets for approval.
• Lead and source debt placement at maturity or as needed to improve fund/asset strength.
• Contribute to the health of the organization and perform other duties as assigned.
