Job summary

Larson Capital Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Multi-Family Asset Manager to drive performance across our residential portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Asset Management, you will blend financial modeling, operations oversight, and strategic planning to maximize value and returns.

You will manage asset-level business plans, monitor budgets, oversee third-party management, and collaborate with regional teams to execute capital projects and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, real estate finance, investments, or related areas.
• Experience managing multifamily residential assets and overseeing third-party management entities.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial analysis and investment principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset-level business plans to optimize property value and investment returns.
• Monitor portfolio performance against budgets, forecasts, and objectives.
• Oversee third-party property management and onsite operations to ensure service levels.
• Prepare quarterly/annual asset performance reports for ownership and lenders.
• Support acquisitions, refinancing decisions and capital improvement initiatives.
