Job summary
Larson Capital Management LLC is seeking a Director, Alternative Investment Specialist to act as the embedded product expert across the internal wealth-advisor network. You will translate complex strategies into advisor-ready narratives, lead training, and support advisor onboarding to expand the platform across private real estate, hedge funds, and later PE/VC.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- 7–10 years in financial services or investment management.
- Deep knowledge of private real estate investment strategies and capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as embedded product expert for advisors and attend client meetings.
- Enable advisors to position and recommend LCM offerings with deep product knowledge.
- Develop relationships to increase product engagement and allocation.
- Synthesize advisor feedback to inform product messaging and strategy.
- Travel periodically for advisor meetings and events.
