Jacobs is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead facility condition assessments, asset management programs, and capital planning initiatives from our Atlanta-area location with 30% travel. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams while engaging clients and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in assessments or asset management and 10+ years in project management, with PE/RA/CFM/PMP preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of facility and infrastructure condition assessments or asset management experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• PE/RA/CFM/PMP certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
• Support client relationships and business development activities.
