Jacobs is seeking a Senior Consultant in Atlanta, GA to lead facility condition assessments, asset management initiatives, and capital planning for public and private sector clients. You will manage project delivery, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams across markets.

The role requires 15+ years in facility assessments, 10+ years in project leadership, a strong grasp of building systems, and the ability to develop lifecycle cost analyses and risk-based priorities while traveling up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in facility condition assessments, infrastructure assessments, asset management, or capital planning.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
• Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
