Jacobs is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead facility condition assessments, asset management initiatives, and capital planning from our Atlanta base, with about 30% travel. You will guide project delivery, manage client relationships, and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams in public and private sectors.

Required are a Bachelor's in engineering/related field, 15+ years in assessments/asset management, and 10+ years in project management.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
15+ years of facility/infrastructure condition assessment or asset management.
10+ years of project management leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
Proficient communication and problem-solving in cross-functional settings.

Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Serve as primary client contact; prepare reports and executive summaries.
