Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant based in the United States to lead facility and infrastructure condition assessments, asset management initiatives, and capital planning projects. You will manage projects, foster client relationships, provide technical leadership, and oversee multidisciplinary teams across markets.

The role requires 30% travel and a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field, with 15+ years in assessments and capital planning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in facility condition assessments, infrastructure assessments, asset management, or capital planning.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong problem solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
• Identify opportunities for broader asset management activities
