Job summary

Jacobs seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to lead facility and infrastructure condition assessments, asset management initiatives, and capital planning for public and private sector clients.

You will manage project delivery, client relationships, and technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, with a 30% travel expectation and a focus on lifecycle cost and risk-based planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field.
• 15+ years of facility/infra assessment, asset management, or capital planning experience.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Monitor performance to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Identify opportunities for broader asset management activities.
