Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant based out of the United States to lead facility and infrastructure condition assessment programs, asset management initiatives, and capital planning projects.

You will manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and support business development across markets. This role requires travel and a strong track record in project delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in facility condition assessments, infrastructure assessments, asset management, or capital planning.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
• Ideally, professional certifications such as PE/RA/CFM/PMP and familiarity with CMMS/asset management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
• Identify opportunities for broader asset management activities.
