Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead facility and infrastructure condition assessment programs, asset management initiatives, and capital planning projects. You will drive project delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee multidisciplinary teams across public and private sector clients.

The role requires extensive leadership, technical expertise in building systems, and a track record in delivering complex capital programs with strong communication and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in facility condition assessments, infrastructure assessments, asset management, or capital planning.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
