Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead facility and infrastructure condition assessment programs, asset management initiatives, and capital planning projects out of Atlanta, GA. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams and requires strong client relationship skills and business development participation.

The position involves travel (approximately 30%) and collaboration with operations, design, and program management teams across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in facility condition assessments, infrastructure assessments, asset management, or capital planning.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and infrastructure condition assessment projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and asset management specialists.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
• Identify opportunities for broader asset management activities
